Hi Baresenio, we have published a hotfix to address this issue over on our discord server. You can join the server to download the newest hotfix version! Just remember to mention your discord username so we can find you.
Still bugged in the 0.1.15 build. While I can now go to the city gates and alley- there's no option to observe the stars. It is still completely impossible to progress past this quest on a new file.
