Im playing on quest 3, and this game is AMAZING!
At first, I expected something like iron lung. But this game takes it to another level of immersion and control.
I haven't made it SUPER far yet, but this game is incredibly interesting and creepy. The addition of the RCV makes you feel less claustrophobic, while also allowing you to get a decent look at your surroundings and anomaly's.
Now, I have no complaints. The game is great.
However, there is only one thing I could ask for.
Multiplayer. I would LOVE to pilot a submarine through the depths of death with my best friend. We are both really interested in games like this, and even though I know the atmosphere is meant to be i alone.
I have no idea how difficult a task multiplayer would be, but it would be amazing if you could get it to work well. Even still having a segmented submarine. You could use a walkie talkie system or something to communicate if you weren't actually in the same room.
Either way, this game is looking great. I hope there are still plans for a full release, maybe on Meta store as well??
We'll see, I hope to see more from this in the future. And I expect to have to pay for it next time.
I'm surprised this version isn't premium to be honest.
