Can confirm that it's not a Virus. I played the Demo at least, and it gave me no warning of a Virus. My Virus detection programs scanned the files and found nothing wrong.
Mine actually got flagged as virus during the demo period and all the files got deleted. Same went with EMP.However TGD and TGBD did not get flagged.
