Hey thanks for raising this issue! If you're using the Itch app, the game should be playable there now, so long as you use Windows.
Got it, having fun! Only complaint is that it sometimes it won't let me drop things. It's a little inconsistent, but it mostly seems to be torches that has this issue. Loving the vibe so far and the game is quite fun otherwise!
