Same issue. The guide says camera/ruler/paddle/dido/anal then straddle..you have 9/13, 18/18, 9/13, with the final action being 6 pleasure/3 pain. So youre 1 short on the pain front. Any action to get the pain you don't get the humiliation.
It's definitely a bug. No combination will work
