It’s not steam? Steam sells 18+ Games? Or did they remove GTA5? Nah - this is a German Law issue. No USK rating, or, didn’t fill out the Steam Questionnaire. The developer COULD just fill out the Questionnaire, the game would get a IARC 18 R-rating, and could be displayed in Germany on the store.
