TL:DR Game is practically dead but still "In Development", expect small semi-annual updates at best and small annual updates on average.
This project, like many others, is on a semi-perma-hiatus, as the last thing to come out about this game was about 7 months ago, and aside from the creator's other work "Amity Park" getting its long waited 1.1.1 update yesterday (announced via the official Discord server), there's been no public announcements about Breeding Farm for the most part other than the fuming's of paying fans in the discord and a vague "I will let you know more about the plans for "Breeding Farm" too," .... "But don't expect a release date from me. Clearly I can not give right estimations for that." stated by one of the project lead members "GZone" whom is basically the only one still publicly seen of "Team_Bieno". With many well-paying supporters paying about 3000 USD monthly to their Patreon and around 330 Subscribers on their Subscribestar as of writing, with that platform acting mostly for "GZone" to post for "Amity Park", chances are if this game sees an update or the light of day, it will be sudden and likely not heard from again for a long time after.
