I am sorry you have been experiencing issues with our new Minecraft mod. Here is a couple troubleshooting steps to try to answer the most common issues when it comes to modding:
1. Make sure you downloaded and launched the right version of Forge (Forge 1.18.2): https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.18.2.html
2. Make sure the .jar file is in the mods within your .minecraft folder which can be found in your Roaming AppData folder.
