I thought I had this problem for a moment too, seems to be an itch.io problem. If you're signed into your account that you bought with, the download button is only shown at the very top of the page, in the banner that tells you you already paid and when. Otherwise, look for the email that has the link for your download page. If you can't do either, then you're kind of hosed.
