As for your issue, ren'py stores "persistent" data separately from the game folder,so even if you delete and re-extract the game, your progress and choices will still be remembered. To fully reset your progress,please go to the following location on your computer and delete the game's folder:
For Windows: C:\Users\<YourNameHere>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\TheCREATOR-EPILOGUE-666
For macOS: /Users/<YourNameHere>/Library/RenPy/TheCREATOR-EPILOGUE-666
