It looks like it's pivoted to later tonight. But there's also another chance that they found another bug and are fixing it before it gets sent out.

Take your time Myon-San, if you think that bug is going to "Make or break" the update then and you're willing to delay it to make sure everything is ironed out then I know it's going to be an amazing update in the end.
