Oh, I know the Haven quest has a conclusion. But the quests afterwards all follow a plot, a line of quests, which is what I meant. So the main storyline might end, same with side lines, but there would likely still be stuff you can do.
I think the main storyline will be completed later, but since the dev wants to focus on side story and characters, it will probably taking a long time and not going to end anytime soon
