between the ass being soo big and jiggly and the tail also pulling the hair around , the best bet would probably to crank up the stiffness on the butt so it doesnt wobble as much but i can try and sit down and find a solution but its a tricky pickle
I think imma add some more static cards weighted only to the butt and raise the thicker blendshape up a bit , that should do the trick but ill muck with it tomorrow when I get some sleep!
