How do you get, and implement the Shadow Souls DLC?

i would also like to know this, it says in the google doc "DLC from R28"

but i cannot find R28 anywhere on the maps provided in the google doc

where the "weird knight" is, it is labeled R8, R27, R29, but no R28

EDIT- looking further in the docs in "combat section" you have to share a certain amount of insights for the DLC

and R28 is not referring to a location but an event

Thanks didn't realize it was referring to the combat section.
