Did you eventually figure it out? I checked the conditions and the wiki is accurate. Note that Maul and Orak 2 requires you to witness Maul's First scene, whereas the Maul and Orak 1 requires you to NOT witness Maul's First scene or be a female.
Well I got Maul and Orak 1 and it's supposed that Maul and Orak 2 is obtained if you saw the first part so I don't know if it's some error in the game because the first time I got both without any problem
