No they didn't dude, this is about porn game communities not civil rights. They quite literally aren't mentally developed enough to be effectively safe from predators till abt 18, thus the literal law.
It is still segregation, and making this sort of thing so "tabboo" will only make people, I'm saying people even if you don't seem to think they are, more curious and more vulnerable
