My general schedule:
Wednesday 7pm EST
Friday 7pm EST
Sunday 2pm EST
I always put out a specific schedule on what I'm doing each day on Twitter/Bluesky/Instagram though, since I may not Feedback Quest all of those days in a week. In general my streams last about 4hrs.
