I'm going to read the new update as well as previous one I missed, but not right now since it's the middle of the night.

You know, perhaps the end message of this FVN could be something along the lines of "money is not everything" and "meaningful connections to people are worth more than a luxurious lifestyle". It's something worth considering, I guess.
