For the Dream House you need to sleep during the Evening, sleeping at Night prevents you entering it
The Top and Bottom parts from one I understand is the max limit you can permamently increase on your character in the real world, need to do it in a separate option in the dream house mirror for increase/decrease (dont known where you can farm dissonance for it)
- Color Chest? I haven't found it you mean the painted chest? The Painted key is in the Fairy Lake upwards on a barely visible path

- Its the magic key for the Magic chest in the Fairy Lake for crossing its recipe is learned from one of the perv tree (not the clothes one)

- only one terminal is usable if you known the code you can open the room with the EGR suit and keycard and disable the forcefield to the portal.Otherwise you need a keycard (I think a lvl 3 one) Note: you need to memorize the code because unlike the lab one the MC does not remember it
- There is a recipe which the clue is hidden in plain sight in one of the pages and the recipe is slyightly cryptic
- Currently the story ends with Yuris birthday though you can explore every room every interaction or finishing the dream house bookcase
