In the current patreon version girls can gain weight and you can go on dates with them after they're filled up. Otherwise it isn't permanent and is just to be enjoyed in the minigames on this update
does that mean after this current build we won't be able to play for free anymore, that's a shame because I can't buy it without someone eventually seeing it on my purchase record, I am over 18 just really nosy family so I can't just buy something without people seeing it so I won't be able to buy it even though I want to get it
