Hmm having problem with the new update here, because whenever I press the sex button to begin sex it crashed immediately I tried other NPCs but ends up the same result, I try to disable some of the mod I have but remains the same but I haven't test without mod and I will try it right now. If anyone have this problem guess we share the same pain here, also those who have access to discord please tell Rahi about this thanks.
Edit: so I found the mod that is preventing me from having sex is hypertus mod if you have a old version or two of these which is not compatible with the new version of the game please disable it or delete it.
