I did some fiddling and installed and unzipped the filed using simplified Chinese language preference and that fixed the issue. My guess, something in the files got lost from the translation.
yeah try english version, when i was working on english version, i have fixed something, i think currently the bone cracking sound file is missing during one of sumo mini game, that will cause crash.
