The 2nd level should start instantly after all the waves are dead. Do you have a 'start' button at the top to start a new wave maybe?
I saw the start button but everything was frozen, I coudn't click it
never had that happen. Did a reload fix it?

testing now.
For me, the game doesn't even start in firefox. Have you tried edge/chrome/opera? Also, the game should have sound. Opera for me doesn't for some reason.
