Yes, the blood lust stat is the same for all gear(bow/melee/armor). As long as you equip it, it will give health back for each kill. It’s only noticeable with high levels.
ok, thanks. I was having trouble deciding if I should get bow handle because I have enough for it, or keep saving up for melee.
