Interesting. I honestly don't know much about android - is that something that the average user would be capable of?
I can't speak as to the average user, mostly because i often over estimate the capability when i do. However setting up the RPA on android is very easily done for the user, just drag and drop to the specified folder. The only complicating factor is Google was stupid and locked out the default install folder for Android such that you can only get access to those folders by external access or by rooting your device which most people do not know how to and will not bother with.
With that said it's common practice for the various porters i mention to set up a secondary location for game data and that one is easily accessible so long as the person is computer literate at all and given a clear file path. At which point its simple instructions with no need for third party programs, only takes a minute or so total to do. Five to ten if your following instructions and doing it for the first time. And since this is something that would only need to be done rarely by the user...
