It has a single Gore Pic , when you select Credits in the Main menu.
The rest of the Game has no Gore. Don´t know why this was added at all. completly pointless.
Get my Version instead. It´s an older Build of this Game. but in my Opinion it´s way better than the Version right here. And yes my Version doesn´t have a single Gore Pic in entire Game.
