I don't remember if win7 got compatibility updates for later directX versions or if the engine is on an old directX, but either way this might even work on xp or Vista lol
i tried on my dualbooted instalation of windows xp, it didnt seem to work, but vista does and really great! i think its cause of the legacy.exe that makes it work on win7-vista
