I was wondering,do special characters not show up waiting for you at the quad party even when they're your partner or is that tied to following their associated event and storylines. Barring the best friend which I've gone through their storyline and made them my partner in some of my playthroughs,the only other special character I have tried dating is the E-girl and she never showed up waiting for me at the quad. I haven't tried any other special characters except these two so I was wondering if it's bugged or something since you don't really need to progress a storyline to date the E-girl.
