Can someone please tell me how to beat the goons and how to meet the spy who is hiding?
The spy is hiding on the map to the east, to get there you must first climb up to the roof, and jump over to the other roof.
Then go through the other building down.
The spy will be in a restaurant at the bottom left side of the map.
There are multiple goons around the map.
Thank you! But are you talking about the second building or third building? In the third building, there's stairs to get down and enter the building but I'm not finding any way to exit the building.
Keep going down the stairs
First, have your mom follow you and use her to help with the goons @ Justin's room and @ the mall.
Second, the spy is hiding at the abandoned restaurant past the park to the other end of the street where Cody's gang hangs out.
