As far as I remember, you're supposed to read some books from the book store in order to get a chance for a new option. Some book about nanites and some other one (I think), but I don't remember which one specifically, so you can just try reading everything. Latex fetish must be at max level as well I think.
So, yeh, check the book store and latex fetish level.
