Regarding the issues you mention, we are aware that Cyber-Realm has some bugs. Sadly, we decided to not continue this project for now.
Although, we might remake it in a couple years, this version is completable. If you would like to try again (avoiding bugs), you might get to the end of Robert's story. There's a little plot-twist waiting for you ;)
