Yes ther is lesbian content and you can choose nearly by every scene if you won't too interact with the NPC or not. I just say nearly because ther could be some scenes wher the lesbian interaction is for now not avoidable.
Are u have discord sever ? And i hope u update new version with new character is someone like main bút gender bender female to male or become tomboy
You can click on the discord symbol or in the game menu on discord to join.

Not for now but could definitely be made as a side story.
