Unlikely. If anything it would have to be fake cum, but honestly I don't think this game is gonna have jiz at all. Although, a cumflation mechanic for when they add new positions would be really interesting come to think of it.
In the planned features it says "Steve and other characters as pistons" so I assume that means there will be actual cum at some point
