A scene for a gutslut route, where you would finally submit to Mika, it could be a dialogue option to the piano scene;
A scene for a gutslut route, where you would willingly join Paula in the belly;
A scene where Mika would eat you if you drink prey mixture next to her;
Maybe add a ghost that would help you fast travel inside her;

Also it would be nice to see a cameo of Devoured ghosts characters.
