I think I'd like to see Anne be more of an accidental or unwilling pred. I mean the scene with the ghost that acted like her mother if you click Resist was unexpected and very welcome. It makes me think that the ghost failed and accidentally ended up like this. Taking inspiration from the shark girl, catgirl and the mirror Anne, I'd suggest a scene with a ghost pred that jumps from below. Like from the shadows or water or ground etc. And when you complete the event in her eagerness to finally catch you she jumps from below and ends up up Anne's butt as a reverse vore scenario. Meaning the new ghost pred is usualy the pred until the end where its eagerness is its accidental downfall.
I was thinking something a bit different. Take the shark girl for example. In this case, Anne would be walking on water and maybe as she finally hits land and achieves, the shark girl jumps at her and falls face first into Anne's butt. Meaning that this would be an ending to the predator no matter what. It's just that just like the shark girl, if she got caught in the water, she would lose. Once she's done she "wins".
But I do like your idea as well. That could definitely work with some ghost girl grabbing her legs and if she falls on top of the ghost she AVs it but if she falls in front she gets eaten.
