1.) Maybe standing in the way of the ghost girl in the attic who eats the sleeping ghost girl gets you eaten by her or pushed into the sleeper? or maybe bothering the full tummy ghost too much you join her prey.
2.) Maybe being vored by I think it's Diana, if you talk to her too much...it was some maid with a full belly in the maid quarters later in the game.
3.) Eaten or Unbirthed by Mika if you snoop under her pillow/in her drawers or do so too frequently.
4.) Maybe some sceen involving your toybox in your room? It says it's warm to the touch but i dont think there is any further interaction with it beyond that, what if it was someone hiding inside it that made it warm or that it's the inside of a belly in that toybox. It might be a fun hiding spot when scared by the noise at the start of the game or just in general because all the ghosts about.
5.) Maybe the prey maid would eat you if you are gutslutty enough....maybe an unwilling pred?
