Dude that trademark is registered for selling comics, so even if your the real tarek and not just some scammer the court will likely dismiss your case.

Not sure what "court" would even care about a free game on this platform here. I've made exactly 0€ and those few people who played it aren't gonna hurt anyone.
I've humored Mr. Tarek by renaming the game to Cinder Battle because I don't really care about what it's called, but it hurts to be treated like a criminal for something this trivial. Yes, he might be right about the trademark, but even then, I don't get it.
Ultimately, it's things like these that prevent people like me from continuing to make more free games for you guys.
