You can get the catgirl outfit from the elf girl after meeting her, befriending her and then building a dormitory for her in your house im pretty sure. Thats how I got it. I also somehow got a cat clothing item from having fun time with wolves. I havent discovered wolf girl clothing, If I do I will try to remember to update you :)
