It may happen that game wasn't downloading fully or you have a certain app H open which blocks the certain file from working correctly.
I downloaded it several times, it couldn't be that, and I check the antivirus thoroughly all the time, BUT, for some reason you reminded me that some games behave strangely on external drives. I moved it to the main drive and it's fixed! ( OWO)
