Downloaded it a few days ago, yes it works! Get the eng ver 1.14, not the latest 1.16(it's in Japanese)
I know, its just that i get a service error i think whenever i try to download ANY version. I know that 1.16 is jp lol.

i actually solved that problem, all u have to do is go to settings and search "microsoft defender smartscreen" and make sure its off, then go to the game file > click more info > run anyway
