Hi me again...
So I read the 0.6 public release and it was very good. Way up there on my list of quality AVNs.
I still think there are issues with the writing, more than a few times I saw little grammar errors, like missing words. Not important but the sort of little mistakes a good proofreader should pick up, just doesn't look professional.
Still I can deal with grammar errors, most of the time my mind fills in the blanks anyway.
The more serious issue to me is that the 0.6 release appears to have taken nearly 8 months. Again I note that previous content was released in 4 or 5 months.
What changed? Why the sudden jump in dev time? To nearly double? What can be done to improve it?
I also note though that there is a large amount of content in 0.6. Hours of reading, so the amount of time is almost justified.
Maybe I'm mistaken but wouldn't it have been more effective to release a small amount of content in half the dev time and then release the next in the next half? 4 months, an hour or so of content and the rest after the other 4 months or so?
That way impatient gits like me would be satisfied with the Dev times and the amount of content...
