I just mean like a series of toggles in an option menu when you start the game, like "dicks on/default/off, pussies on/default/off, boobs on/default/off, balls on/default/off".
Instead of having to use each toggle item on each NPC you meet manually, it'd just give the same effect but automatically. We'd still have the toggle items if someone's, like, turned off by dicks but still feels like they'd prefer [character] with one, if they choose, though.
Having to stick toys into characters to change them is an interesting concept on paper, but it comes with the downside that, say, someone hates characters with dicks, so now they've gotta shove toys into all the characters with dicks to get rid of them, and that can be a giant turnoff.
