Try reinstalling. Also see if you’ve have correct permissions.
Reinstalled, permissions are ok, still crashes. Afterwards, I manually installed the latest AGS version 4.0.0.17 with the exact same error, if it helps.
I asked our programmer to look into it. It might take some time.
