The "filter" option in the starting menu, as well as the "extra" tab during combat disables the pixelated effect.
Ohhh thanks man idk why I just dismissed that button completely lol, I didn't expect that to be a default for some reason and I thought the button did something technical I didn't need to care about, now I feel dumb XD
