Hi, thank you for playing, for Hikari's second scene. you have to help her to research potion on weekend for 6 times (around 3-5 weekend). - 3 times you will gain huge stat - and other 3 times, you'll enter the new side quest
it’s not a one-time event! If her Interest and Lust are both 70 or higher, try choosing "Work with artifacts" again. you’ll be able to trigger it once more! :D
