It depends on what tier you subscribed to. You need to download a Patreon version of the game:

Once you downloaded it you can load a saved file right before the H scene and you should be able to watch it. Keep in mind that just Tier 3 and 2 have access to exclusive Patreon content. And thank you so much for your kind words!
