It just froze on this screen, and now you can't see the top and bottom cards normally. They're all tied to the center of the list and don't allow you to scroll when you open them.
At the moment when I took the screenshot, yes. But then I refreshed the page and tried again, and it froze again. It could spin once, but then it froze again. Once every few page refreshes it allows you to spin it
