Regarding the first map (Old Quarter), you should be able to achieve 100% completion if you explore all the available routes in every situation. If you believe you've done that and are still missing something, feel free to send me your save file so I can check for any issues.
As for Chapter 2, it's not released yet. The latest chapter currently available is Act 1, Chapter 3 – Living on the Edge, and a new chapter is coming very soon. If you've reached this part, it means you've completed all the content released so far:
About payment options in China, I’ll look into it. For now, the only available payment methods are through Itch.io or Patreon.
