i actually can not describe the immediate serotonin boost i got when i saw bingzi released a new vn, i am still waiting on sunlit grove but i'll gladly take this in the meanwhile, review coming soon 😈😈

Edit 2:I wrote a commentary styled review, i was gonna turn it into a paragraph but i wrote way too much. Obvious spoilers ahead.
-the mc is extremely self aware, it's clear she doesn't socialise but she doesn't have the lack of social awareness that gives you severe second hand embarrassment, however it's still realistic and well thought out.
-I adore that we can observe the pov of the obsessor and not the object of obsession for once, it's a direction I don't see many visual novels take and so interesting to keep up with!
-Bands name is no exit, there's a poster of it on mcs wall as well..subtle foreshadowing, dare I say?
-the way mc apologised to the box cutter for dirtying it after she cut herself 😭😭. Oh my god, the writing is immaculate.

-The plot is so interesting?? I've played over 200 visual novels and I surprisingly couldn't see multiple things coming, every single one of Bingzis games hits so agonizingly hard bro I can't.
-THE AUTO CORRECT TO SHLONG LMMMFAOOOOOOO
-ok there's an actual autocorrect mistake in the game, the scene where Camilla's mom calls and yaps about how the shirt doesn't look good on her, instead of "I haven't even been *dieting* like i said I would" it's *editing* gigglelssl
-i love how you can slowly piece together Camilla's character and backstory, at first you think that maybe she's a genuinely hideous and generally unlikable person but that slowly starts translating to her asshole family, limited social environment, and general circumstances that lead to such a traumatic self image. It all builds up so perfectly.
-OH MY GOD JESSSIIIII OH I WANT HER SO BAD "is he bothering you queen" LMMMFAOOOO YES PLEASE TAKE ME AWAY MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR
-I absolutely love the humor in the game this is so terribly well made trust me my friends won't hear the end of it
-the fact that there are other characters that're just as socially anxious or even worse than mc is such a good detail and gives so much depth to the game
-all his friends are warning against him in a "joking" manner. Red flags are blaring.
-FUCK WHAT WHAT WHAT. OH SHITS GOING DOWN. OK yeah I don't like this at all he's treating her like a case study to get off to..TO BE CONTINUED???? OH MY GOD. Ok other routes it's okay deep breaths.
-ouughhh the lyrics in the notebook made me feel things game dev you're sooo poetic

-ok just went through all the choices, that game was an absolute masterpiece sent from up above to help me with finals season depression. I absolutely adore all Bingzi's games you guys should binge all of them hope u enjoyed reading if you made it this far xx
