Changing the name to “Cinder WarZ” still creates confusion with my registered trademark “Cinder Wars”, and it could lead to legal complications under trademark law, which protects against similar-sounding names that cause confusion in the same market.
To avoid any future issues, I highly recommend choosing a more distinct name — something like “Cinder Battle” would be a great alternative that allows your creative work to stand on its own.
